Digital Portfolio Image Usage

Digital usage rights are included with each photograph in the portfolio, allowing direct download of portfolio images in order to facilitate digital use on websites, blogs, social media, and in digital presentations.  Proper credit to the photographer is required (see “Photographers Copyright and Credit”). Use of these photos indicates acceptance of this license agreement.

Digital Portfolio Image Usage Restrictions
Digital portfolio images may not be used for print reproduction including, without limitation, cards, stationery items, paper products, calendars, apparel items, posters (printed on paper, canvas, or any other media) etcetera. Unless you purchase an extended license (see below), you may not use digital portfolio images in connection with any goods or services intended for resale or distribution where the primary value lies in the content itself including, without limitation, cards, stationery items, paper products, calendars, apparel items, posters (printed on paper, canvas, or any other media), CDs, DVDs, mobile applications or other items for resale, license or other distribution for profit. This includes "on demand" products (meaning products in which content is selected by a third party for customization on such product on a made-to-order basis), including, without limitation, postcards, mugs, t-shirts, posters and other items.

Extended License for Individual Hi-res Images

Extended licenses are available for all digital portfolio images, for use in print. When an extended license is purchased, the client receives a hi-res digitally processed file of the chosen digital portfolio image with none of the restrictions associated with digital usage portfolio images. Extended licenses are available on an image by image basis, and are priced based on image usage details. Proper credit to the photographer is required..
